Welcome,

Sirmax S.p.a. and its Group companies intend to offer you the widest possible feedback on how your personal data is processed in your interaction with our online environment and/or our organization. Confidentiality has always been our founding value, which is why we also want to give you the most comprehensive feedback on how we process your personal data both during our ordinary activities and during online browsing on our company channels. In this brief note, however, we would like to point out that our organization applies the principles of lawfulness, transparency and fairness to the management of personal information.  We have set up an internal organizational model to ensure compliance – today and over time – with regulations and established levels of technical and organizational security to ensure that collected data is processed only for legitimate purposes, for reasonable times (in line with regulation or with what is established internally proportionally to the processing carried out), that it is accurate and not additional to what is needed for the provision of requested services. The processing of personal data related to intra-group activities is governed by internal agreements and takes place in compliance with regulatory requirements. However, if you would like to learn more about our processing methods, have information additional to that provided in the disclosures, or would like to exercise your rights, you can write to the email address below or use the form available for exercising your rights. Not enough? Call us – our staff is trained and ready to take your requests. The Sirmax Group has determined to establish a single online environment for Group companies with European headquarters.
